Job summary

Mercy Virtual triage program is seeking an experienced RN to join a 24/7 care team, supporting ED handoffs and patient scheduling within the Intense Care Coordination program. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care remotely, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory standards.

• Education: RN degree or diploma; licensure in applicable state or compact.
• 2-3 years of recent Med/Surg, ED, or Critical Care experience.

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs and scheduling.
• Support patients in Mercy's Intense Care Coordination program across the care continuum.
• Comply with all Mercy policies and state/federal regulations.
