Job summary

Mercy Virtual triage program seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join a 24/7 patient-centered care team. In the vAcute program, you will provide care coordination and education under the Medical Director, supporting patients across the care continuum.

Requirements include nursing school graduation (AD, Diploma, or BSN) and an active RN license in the hiring state, plus 2–3 years in Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required in hiring state or compact licensure.
• 2–3 years of recent Med Surg/ED/CCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs and scheduling.
• Support patients enrolled in Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program across the care continuum.
