Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) for a full-time, remote role located anywhere in the U.S. You will manage cases, collaborate with treating physicians, Employers, and patients to create cost-effective treatment plans and facilitate early return to work.

Requirements include an active RN license and 2+ years clinical experience, with URAC-case management certification preferred. A comprehensive benefits package and remote work flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers; independent work; basic computer skills.
• Certifications, Licenses: Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certification (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN...).
• Internet: Must have reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injury types, medications, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and handle duties as requested.
