Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to work from home nationwide. You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and injured workers to develop and implement treatment plans aimed at maximum medical recovery and safe return to work.

Required: active RN license and URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC) plus 2+ years of clinical experience. Comprehensive benefits and training are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred.
• Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Active RN license; URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• Internet: Must have reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans.
• Assess recovery status of injured/disabled persons and determine occupational relevance.
• Support early return to work by modifying job duties where feasible.
• Prepare status updates and assist in training new staff.
