Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Tyler, TX area for a full-time, work-from-home role with local travel to attend in-person appointments. You will coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure effective, cost-efficient care and timely return to work.

The position requires an active RN license and 2+ years of clinical practice; travel and reliable transport are essential, with full benefits and a productivity-based bonus program available.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Able to advocate effectively with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Proficient with basic computer tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury knowledge.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and need for care.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor plans.
• Modify job duties to facilitate early return to work.
• Prepare status updates for customers and manage workload.
