Job summary

EK Health is hiring a Full-Time Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) to join our Case Management Team. You will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate service options to help injured workers obtain timely, cost-effective medical care and expedite return to work.

This is a remote, Monday–Friday role with standard business hours. Requirements include graduating from an accredited nursing program, a valid Compact RN license, and CA RN license within 90 days (reimbursed).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3–5 years clinical RN experience outside of school.
• Compact RN license in good standing.
• CA RN license within 90 days (reimbursed).
• Experience in Case Management and Workers' Compensation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with medical providers, employers and injured workers.
• Perform nursing evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Review medical records and treatment history.
• Coordinate case management with insurers and providers.
• Arrange transportation and monitor care plans for changes.
