Qualifications

• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Workers' compensation-related experience preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with treating physicians/providers and employers.
• Create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled persons.
• Advise on treatment plans based on knowledge of injuries and jobs.
• Evaluate and modify treatment goals based on patient progress.
• Prioritize and manage caseload independently.
