Job summary

Enlyte in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Field Case Manager to coordinate care for injured workers and auto accident patients. This is a full-time, field/hybrid role requiring regular in-person appointments and travel within the assigned geography.

You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers and patients to develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans that promote maximum medical recovery and safe return to work. Strong RN licensure and case-management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• URAC-recognized case management certification encouraged.
• Willingness to travel to in-person appointments; reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers to modify duties for early return.
• Manage workload and prepare status updates for customers.
