Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to support patients with work-related injuries through evidence-based case management. The role requires regular travel to in-person appointments and a valid RN license with robust communication skills.

You will collaborate with treating providers and employers to design safe, cost-effective treatment plans and facilitate timely return-to-work outcomes. The position offers a hybrid/field work arrangement, a competitive benefits package, and travel support.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards in daily practice.
• Advise on treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor plans.
• Coordinate with employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Manage workload and priorities independently.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
