Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Gainesville, GA area to coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and injured workers. The role requires in-person appointments in the assigned geography and regular local travel.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC CCM/CDMS/CRC or similar.
• 2+ years of clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards to plan patient treatment.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Assist with return-to-work strategies and cost-effective care.
• Manage workload and provide status updates to clients.
