Enlyte in Downey, CA is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) to lead workers’ compensation case plans, coordinating with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure effective and timely recovery and return-to-work.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of clinical practice, an active RN license, and strong communication skills. The role offers hybrid work with travel within the assigned geography and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license active and in good standing.
• URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in applying case management standards.
• Assess injuries and occupational factors to tailor treatment plans.
• Interview injured workers to gauge recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians to design and implement treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to enable early return to work.
• Monitor progress and adjust case goals based on outcomes.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases efficiently.
• Attend appointments and provide status updates to customers.
