Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Tampa, Florida area. You will coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and injured workers to promote safe and efficient return-to-work outcomes.

The role requires an RN license with 2+ years of clinical practice and familiarity with workers’ compensation. This is a hybrid, full-time position with travel to in-person appointments and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers; ability to work independently; basic computer skills incl. Excel, Word, Outlook; strong grammar and writing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and competency in applying case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, medications, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and whether injuries are occupational.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
