Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC) desired.
• Active RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage treatment plans with physicians/providers, employers, and patients.
• Assist in returning injured workers to work safely and cost-effectively.
• Attend in-person appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
• Modify job duties in collaboration with employers to facilitate return to work.
