Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) to work remotely nationwide. The role focuses on case management for workers’ compensation, partnering with physicians and employers to develop and implement treatment plans that return injured workers to optimal activity.

REQUIRED: active RN license, URAC case management certification, 2+ years clinical experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers full benefits, a comprehensive training program, and a flexible work-from-home

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC) required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Reliable internet access and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in applying case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to create and implement treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload independently and prepare status updates for customers.
