Enlyte is seeking a registered nurse to join our multidisciplinary team as a remote case manager serving injured workers. This full-time role requires travel to attend in-person appointments in assigned geography and is based in the US market.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license; URAC-recognized case management certifications preferred.
• Travel: Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to in-person appointments.
• Internet/Technology: Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans based on injury types, meds, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with treating physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Evaluate goals and treatment effectiveness; manage workload independently.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers; perform other duties as assigned.
