Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to support injured workers via remote work with regular travel to in-person appointments in the Denver, CO area. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and customers to design and implement treatment plans that maximize recovery and return to work.

Qualifications include an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. URAC‑recognised case management credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-certified case management credentials preferred (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians and other stakeholders.
• Assess recovery, determine occupational vs non-occupational factors, and adapt goals.
• Coordinate with employers and clinicians to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers.
