Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) to work remotely within the United States. The role partners with treating physicians, employers, and patients to design and implement treatment plans that support safe, cost-effective healthcare and timely return-to-work.

Requirements include an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and reliable internet access. The position offers comprehensive benefits and paid time off, with base pay in the $74,000–$86,000 range annually.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing is required.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, workers' compensation experience preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certifications (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• Reliable internet access is required.

Responsabilités

• Telephonic case management coordinating with physicians/providers, employers, and the injured person.
• Create and implement treatment plans aimed at maximum medical recovery and return-to-work.
• Collaborate with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases; provide status updates as needed.
