Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) for a full-time, remote role anywhere in the United States. An active RN license in good standing is required, with 2+ years of clinical practice preferred.

The role involves collaborating with physicians, employers, and patients to create cost-effective treatment plans and facilitate return-to-work strategies. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, vacation and sick days, and home office equipment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognized certifications (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC) preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury knowledge, medications, and treatment options.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with treating physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on patient progress.
• Independently manage workload, prioritizing cases and related duties.
• Fulfill other duties such as status updates and staff training.
