Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a dedicated Field Case Manager in the Murfreesboro, TN area. This full-time role supports patients through injury recovery, coordinating with physicians and employers to craft cost-effective treatment plans and facilitate a timely return to work.

You will manage cases independently, schedule visits, and ensure quality care. Travel within assigned geography is required; a strong RN license and case-management certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field required.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing required.
• URAC-recognized case management certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to return injured/disabled workers to work.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Ensure cost-effective, appropriate healthcare services and monitor progress.

Education
