Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager to join our Enlyte team. This full-time, work-from-home role requires you to be located near Houston, TX for regular local travel to in-person appointments. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. You will manage cases, collaborate with physicians and employers, and create treatment plans aimed at early return to work and cost-effective healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Certifications: Active RN license; URAC-recognized certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians to create individualized treatment plans.
• Assist employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload with prioritization and provide status updates.
