Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager based in Murfreesboro, TN, with travel to attend in-person appointments. This full-time role entails designing and implementing return-to-work plans in collaboration with physicians, employers, and clients. Remote work is available when not traveling locally.

Qualifications

• Experience advocating recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook email.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case-management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury types, medications, and treatment options.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers to modify job duties to enable early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload and priorities.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
