Enlyte in Salinas, CA is seeking a Field Case Manager to coordinate treatment plans for injured workers. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring regular in-person appointments and travel within your geography.

You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to ensure appropriate, cost-effective care and a timely return to work. The role offers a competitive base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN/COHN certifications preferred.
• Travel to attend in-person appointments within assigned geography.
• Reliable internet connection required.

Responsibilities

• Manage field case load with independent prioritization.
