Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) to coordinate treatment plans for injured workers and collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients. The role requires travel to in-person appointments within the assigned geography and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with 2+ years of clinical experience, and have strong communication, independence, and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing. CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN-type certifications preferred.
• Travel to attend in-person appointments required; reliable transportation.
• Reliable internet access required.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans to return injured/disabled workers to work.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and employers to ensure cost-effective healthcare.
• Assess recovery and adjust case goals based on progress.
• Manage workload independently and provide status updates to customers.
• Assist in modifying job duties to facilitate early return to work.
