Job summary

Enlyte in Thornton, CO is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) to coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients after workplace injuries. This full-time, hybrid role requires travel to in-person appointments within the assigned geography.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with 2+ years of clinical experience. English/Spanish bilingual skills are highly desired; comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment support your growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required and in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers, employers, customers, and legal representatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and utilize resources to tailor plans to each patient.
• Travel to and attend in-person appointments with injured workers in assigned geography.
• Manage workload independently, prioritize cases, and provide status updates to customers.
• Attend injured worker appointments when appropriate and contribute to additional duties as assigned.
