Job summary

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking an RN Health Care Facility Surveyor for nationwide support in a Quality Improvement Consulting environment. The role requires a nursing degree, active RN licensure, CMS training, and 2+ years of surveyor experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure and nursing degree.
• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT completion.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.
• Demonstrated independent decision-making and survey management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid facilities to ensure compliance with Federal regulations.
• Prepare for surveys with off-site work, facility tours, observations, records review, and staff/family interviews.
• Evaluate quality of care, residents' rights, and facility conditions.
• Communicate findings and deficiencies to facility leadership and plan of correction.
• Lead or participate in follow-up visits and training as needed.
