Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking an RN Health Care Facility Surveyor for nationwide surveys in various healthcare facilities. The role is 100% remote with up to 75% travel; the Surveyor will conduct and lead surveys to ensure compliance with Federal regulations.

Requires Nursing degree and CMS training with SMQT, plus at least two years' surveyor experience and current RN licensure. Competitive benefits and travel perks are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Must have CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the SMQT.
• Minimum of two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.

Aufgaben

• Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified facilities to determine compliance with Federal regulations.
• Prepare for surveys off-site and perform facility tour, observe care, review records, and interview staff and families.
• Evaluate quality of care, residents' rights, and facility physical plant.
• Communicate non-compliance issues to site personnel and during exit conference.
• Determine acceptability of plans of correction and conduct follow-up visits to verify corrections.
• Assist with facility and bureau training and participate in work groups.
