Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to support nationwide client facilities. The role is 100% remote with up to 75% travel and involves leading or supporting survey teams for long-term and non-long-term care facilities nationwide.

The incumbent must hold an RN license, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training with SMQT. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Must have CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed SMQT.
• At least two years of experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.
• Current RN licensure is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid facilities to determine compliance with Federal regulations.
• Perform off-site preparation, tours, observations, record reviews, and interviews during surveys.
• Evaluate quality of care, residents' rights, and facility conditions.
• Communicate non-compliance issues with site personnel and during exit conferences.
• Determine if a plan of correction is acceptable and monitor follow-up surveys.
• Assist with facility and bureau training as needed.
