Job summary

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to work in a nationwide, technically advanced environment supporting internal and external clients. The role requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, SMQT, and RN licensure with at least two years of survey experience in long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities include leading survey teams and traveling up to 75%. The position offers a remote work arrangement with a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri) and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification are required.
• At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve long-term care residents.
• Must maintain current RN licensure to practice as an RN.
• Demonstrated independent decision-making skills to direct and manage the survey process.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified health care facilities to determine compliance with Federal regulations.
• Lead or participate in survey teams for various survey types and facilities nationwide.
• Communicate non-compliance issues to site personnel and assist in plans of correction to resolve deficiencies.
