Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA/NJ or any compact state as required by law.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in physician offices, home health, critical care or emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and triage calls using clinical protocols.
• Enter and verify patient demographics in the electronic health record.
• Provide clinical advice and escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to escalated messages when not handling calls.
• Document symptoms, assessments and guidance provided.
• Ensure productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
