Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse licensure in PA/NJ or other compact state.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical settings such as physician offices, home health, critical care, or ED.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls, triages using protocols, and coordinates services.
• Verifies demographics and updates electronic health records.
• Escalates clinical issues and provides advice per protocols.
• Responds to escalated messages and prioritizes patient needs.
• Documents symptoms, assessments, and advice given.
• Partners with other teams to assist with concerns, refills, or scheduling.
