Job summary

Call 4 Health is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for remote 24-hour triage support, providing telephone triage and clinical support to patients nationwide. You will collaborate with providers and document care in EHRs from your home office.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of RN experience, a Compact license, and experience with electronic triage systems and multiple EHR platforms. Shifts are ET with a focus on high-quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience (ER/UC/Adult/Pediatric/ICU preferred).
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Use Schmitt-Thompson protocols to assess/triage patients.
• Document interactions in client EHR systems or Call 4 Health platform.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
