Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our 24-hour nationwide remote triage team. You will perform telephone triage, manage EHRs, and provide clinical support across multiple states from a home office.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of RN experience, a nursing degree, and an active compact license. This role offers flexible shifts and the chance to impact patient care without leaving home.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL license and compact licensure per state requirements.

Aufgaben

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize established triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal based on protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including referrals and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and agencies as needed.
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring programs, including vital signs monitoring and patient education.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and educate patients.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team success.
