Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a remote triage role serving patients nationwide. You will perform telephone triage, document interactions in EHR systems, and provide clinical support across multiple states from a home-based setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active nursing license with ENCL/Compact and have 2–4 years of RN experience in ER/urgent care or similar settings. This remote role includes collaboration with providers and RPM participation.

Qualifications

• RN with current licensure and multi-state experience preferred.
• Experience performing clinical assessments via telephone or telehealth.
• Familiarity with electronic triage protocols and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state triage service.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per protocols.
• Assist providers with administrative tasks and referrals.
• Support RPM programs including vitals monitoring and patient education.
• Facilitate prior authorization requests requiring clinical input.
