Call 4 Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join its 24-hour remote triage team. Work from home supporting patients nationwide, performing telephone triage, EHR documentation, and protocol-guided clinical decision-making.

Candidates must hold a valid nursing license (Compact preferred), with 2–4 years ER/Urgent Care or similar experience and proficiency with multiple EHRs. This remote role offers flexible scheduling in a fast-paced, collaborative call center.

Qualifikationen

• Requires RN license (Compact licensure preferred)
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, preferably in ER/Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, Ambulatory Care, or ICU
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms
• Active, unencumbered RN licensure (Compact license preferred)
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested

Aufgaben

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service
• Utilize telephone triage protocols to assess and triage patients
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal based on established protocols
• Support providers with admin and clinical tasks, including: refills, referrals, and prior authorizations
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and government agencies as needed
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, including monitoring vital signs and patient education
