Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for remote triage across multiple states. You’ll deliver telephone triage and clinical support from a home office, documenting interactions in client EHRs and supporting providers with care coordination.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s or BSN and a compact license with multi-state eligibility, plus 2–4 years of RN experience in ER/urgent care or similar settings. Remote work requires HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable broadband.

Qualifications

• RN with compact license (e.g., e-NCL) and multi-state licensure.
• Experience with telephone triage protocols.
• Experience with multiple EHR platforms.
• Ability to work from a HIPAA-compliant home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
