Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24-hour remote triage team. Work from home supporting patients and providers across multiple states with telephone triage, EHR management, and clinical decision-making.

The role requires an active nursing license (eNLC/Enhanced NLC) and 2–4 years of RN experience in ER/urgent care, adult, pediatric, ambulatory, or ICU settings. Flexible schedule in ET with strong collaboration and patient education.

Qualifications

• RN with state licensure and nursing degree
• 2–4 years of full-time RN experience in acute or ambulatory care settings
• Active, unencumbered eNCL/Enhanced NLC license or ability to obtain state licenses
• Experience with telephone triage and multiple EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service
• Apply established triage protocols to assess and triage patients
• Document interactions in client EHR systems
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and RPM program tasks
• Collaborate with hospitals and clinics as needed
• Participate in RPM monitoring of vital signs and chronic disease education
• Screen patients for clinical trials and support team objectives
