Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24-hour remote triage team. The role focuses on telephone triage, charting in EHRs, and providing clinical assessments from a HIPAA-compliant home office.

Ideal candidates hold an active nursing license with a compact license and have 2–4 years of RN experience in ER/urgent care, ambulatory care, or ICU settings. Remote work with flexible scheduling is available nationwide.

Qualifications

• RN with state licensure and nursing degree
• Experience in telephone triage or clinical decision-making preferred
• Ability to document patient interactions accurately
• Strong communication and empathy in patient care
• Comfort with remote work and EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state nurse triage service
• Assess and triage patients using established protocols
• Document interactions accurately in EHR systems or Call 4 Health platform
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal
• Support providers with administrative/clinical tasks including refills and referrals
• Coordinate post-discharge and post-operative follow-up
• Assist with prior authorization requests requiring clinical input
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and other agencies
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring programs and educate patients
• Screen and guide patients for clinical trials and maintain education
