The Risk & Analytics team builds scalable data foundations to inform decisions across fraud, risk, and growth. You will work with SQL, Python, and modern AI tools to derive insights and support portfolio optimization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data science to drive responsible growth while adapting to evolving lending regulations and market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, CS, engineering, economics, or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with ability to build scalable analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with data mining, visualization, and basic statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Derive insights to optimize risk, product, or growth strategies across geographies.
• Monitor portfolio health using performance metrics and macro trends.
• Write clean SQL and Python to build scalable reporting and partner with engineering on ML/risk models.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulations into data models.
• Support cross-functional discussions to align launches with capabilities and risk appetite.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate data-mining and routine tasks while validating outputs.
