Job summary

Radial Entertainment is seeking a Temp, Rights Management to support our Legal team. This hands-on role focuses on discovery, analysis, and documentation of the contract population across multiple systems, with emphasis on active agreements.

You will document contracts, identify data gaps, classify contract types, and track progress in a fast-paced environment. This is a 3–4 month, full-time, remote position with potential extension; residency in Metropolitan Los Angeles or New York preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with contract data and rights management systems.
• Understanding of deal structures and financial models in media/entertainment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to reconcile large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel for tabulation and gap reporting.
• Detail-oriented and methodical with data integrity focus.

Responsibilities

• Upload legal documents into LLMs to analyze deal points and verify outputs.
• Review data in RMS to identify missing or incomplete fields and update as required.
• Upload Agreements into RMS for future access.
• Analyze RMS reports to ensure accurate information distribution.
• Maintain trackers on review completeness for each system.
• Collaborate with system admins to review RMS updates and fixes.
• Ingest new deals into RMS and perform accuracy reviews.
