Job summary

Radial Entertainment Company is seeking a detail-oriented Temp, Rights Management to support our Legal team. This hands-on role involves cataloging contracts across RMS, identifying gaps, and classifying contract types to assess representation across the portfolio.

The position emphasizes discovery, analysis, and documentation with no data normalization. The short-term assignment is full-time for 3–4 months, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience handling contract data and rights management systems.
• Familiarity with financial models in media/entertainment environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities; reconciles large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Upload legal documents into LLMs to analyze deal points and outputs.
• Review RMS data to identify missing or incomplete fields; update as needed.
• Upload agreements into RMS for later access.
• Analyze RMS reports to ensure accurate information distribution.
• Maintain trackers tracking completeness of the review across systems.
• Collaborate with system admins to review RMS updates and fixes.
• Future ingestion of new deals into RMS with accuracy checks.
