Job summary

Radial Entertainment in West Los Angeles is seeking a Temp Coordinator, Sales Operations to support day-to-day sales operations and asset deliveries. You will help coordinate delivery timelines, track deals, and liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate servicing of licensed content.

The role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible hybrid work setting and a 6-month contract that may extend to full-time. Reports to the VP of Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior entertainment industry experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
• Experience with rights management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule film and television asset deliveries after sales selections are secured, ensuring delivery methods, dates, and specifications are accurately communicated.
• Liaise with Sales Operations, Production, and other internal teams to support timely and accurate servicing of licensed content.
• Update and maintain deal and delivery information across internal tracking systems and databases.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of client avails reports and internal tracking reports.
• Support Sales Operations with administrative and coordination tasks as needed, including documentation and status updates.
• Help track delivery milestones and flag issues or discrepancies for follow-up.
• Provide general support to the Sales Operations team in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
