Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology-related demand generation in Houston, TX and surrounding markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion partners to improve patient access and outcomes.

Travel is required within the assigned geography; you will develop strategic territory plans, leverage data insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to exceed sales objectives while maintaining high ethics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• B.S. or B.A. degree required; candidates must reside within the assigned market/territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights to drive performance.
• Identify opportunities and implement creative solutions to improve customer engagement and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges proactively.
