argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology across Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Warren markets. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong sales results. The TBM reports to the Business Leader and thrives in a dynamic environment, embracing accountability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and achieving objectives.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute territory strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans based on insights.
• Demonstrate Innovation by proposing creative customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, infusion providers, and specialty pharmacies.
• Utilize data and market intelligence to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while upholding integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges within the territory.
• Listen to customers, patients, and colleagues to improve service.
