argenx, a biotech leader, is hiring a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology opportunities across Fort Worth, Arlington and Tyler, TX. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies to expand patient access and outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales with rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and launching products.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
