Job summary

argenx US Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access across Fresno, Los Angeles, and Bakersfield.

The TBM will work in a remote-friendly environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and delivering on business objectives with accountability and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and execution against objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Adapt to a rapidly evolving environment and demonstrate alignment with company pillars.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans based on insights.
