Job summary

argenx US Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand generation across Las Vegas and adjacent markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The TBM role requires data-driven strategies, collaboration with regional teams, and a patient-first mindset to meet business objectives under the guidance of the Business Leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant, demonstrated Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and successful execution against business objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned market/territory.

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans that leverage customer, market, and business insights to drive performance.
