Job summary

Argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager for the Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Pasadena markets. You will drive demand generation, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers, and partner with internal teams to improve patient access and outcomes.

This full-time role covers the Los Angeles area with a focus on rheumatology pipelines and market access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales; rheumatology preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance
• Experience planning and executing territory strategies
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Product launch experience preferred
• Must reside in assigned market/territory

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging insights
• Drive demand generation and improve patient outcomes
