argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to drive demand and build trusted relationships across Indianapolis, Evansville, IN and Springfield, IL. You will work with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a patient-first mindset. Travel is expected within the territory, with a remote-friendly setup and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and execute territory strategies.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Residence within assigned market/territory required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans using market insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers.
• Demonstrate Excellence by leveraging data and approved tools for decision-making.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while upholding integrity and compliance.
• Submit CRM activity and account plans on time.
