Gemini Legal Support Inc is seeking a RevOps Systems Manager to own revenue tech like Salesforce, Marketo, Stripe, and Cvent. This role partners with IT and business teams to optimize data flow, automations, and reporting, driving maximum value from the tech stack.

You will lead system configurations, manage vendors, and oversee deployments while maintaining governance and security standards. Remote role, CA-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, MIS, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in revenue or sales operations.
• 2+ years leading projects or mentoring teams.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; Marketo Certified Expert preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with SaaS metrics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal Product Owner for Salesforce, translating business needs into user stories.
• Own and optimize end-to-end revenue lifecycle from marketing to billing.
• Manage configuration, vendor relationships, and roadmaps for revenue tech stack.
• Oversee data pipelines with Fivetran to feed Salesforce metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Support and Finance to remove bottlenecks.
• Manage renewals and coordinate with CSMs for all owned software.
• Monitor vendor releases and leverage new features for business value.
• Establish data governance and hygiene across revenue systems.
• Coordinate major revenue system deployments and integrations.
• Work with BI to align data and reports.
• Design enablement programs and training for revenue teams.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
