Job summary

Magnific is seeking a RevOps Systems Administrator to own Gainsight and Salesforce administration, ensuring the customer success and sales data live on a single, synchronized record. This hands-on role takes over post go-live and reports to the Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement.

You’ll back up Sales in Salesforce, maintain the Gainsight platform, and collaborate with the RevOps team to expand our tech stack. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires Gainsight CS administration experience in production with rules, data jobs, health scores, CTAs and dashboards.
• 3+ years administering Salesforce Sales Cloud: Flow, validation rules, permission sets, layouts, reports, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Take over Gainsight administration from our implementation partner: users and permissions, the Salesforce connector, data jobs, rules and health scores.
• Administer and support Gainsight for Customer Success: health scores, CTAs and Cockpit, success plans, Journey Orchestrator, reports, dashboards and user access.
• Become the first stop for Customer Success on Gainsight: triage requests, fix what you can, escalate to Gainsight support with a clear case.
• Own the Salesforce and Gainsight data layer: the connector, sync rules and data quality.
• Act as Salesforce backup admin for Sales at configuration level: Flows, validation rules, layouts, permission sets, users, reports and dashboards.
• Manage the RevOps request queue in Salesforce for Gainsight and Sales work, and document every change.
• Document inheritance: rules, data jobs and health score input for team continuity.
• Administer, operate and support other revenue tools as assigned.
